The Scope
Landscape design, construction and implementation within a dense urban mixed-use environment.
The Challenge
The Steyn City City Centre required soft landscaping to be integrated into a highly complex built environment. The work had to happen around vertical construction, hardscaping, deep basement structures, tight access points and phased development activity.
Our Approach
Golf Data carefully coordinated the landscape installation with the broader construction process. Soil, drainage material, irrigation and planting all needed to be brought into tight spaces and installed in a way that would feel seamless once complete.
The Outcome
Today, the final landscape feels refined, established and effortless from the surface, despite the technical complexity below and around it. It is a strong example of Golf Data’s ability to deliver refined landscape work in demanding urban environments.
